Savage Model 25

I have a Savage pump 22 model 25 sn # 26343, any idea how old it might be ?

That rifle was made in 1925 or 26. They didn't make it for very long. I have a 1914 model and they look exactly the same. I am told the 25 is for 1925. If you would care to sell it let me know. regards, James

That's a hard question to answer. It all depends on how much a person is willing to spend and how much you are willing to take. I say one yesterday, on the net, asking $365. It looked real nice from the pictures. I have seen others on some of the auction sites asking $400 to $500. They are up for auction but have not been sold, so the price may be a little steep. I really don't know.
I was willing to pay the $365 but not more. There is a blue book for gun values but I don't know where to get one. If you are wanting to sell we could talk about it.
