Home and Field Combos

What do you guys think of the various Home and Field combos you can get containing two barrels? I assume since they are intended for hunting as well as Home Defense that they accept only two or three shells in the tube.

I see them on sale from time to time and was just curious what peoples thoughts were on them.

Erickson: Sir, these type combos . Two for one With those that I've seen;
26" or 28" most with 20" short barrels, all holding 3rds, remove plug 5rds;
2 3/4 shells

Everything is a compromise, this is close to being excellent. I'd prefer 18" for housework

Hunting conditions, "do not forget replacing the Plug"
winston64 and Erickson like this.
