French hammerless 20ga s/s: need info

trying to identify this gun. went to gun bluebook, under French Proof Marks, and found matching emblems and writing ( 2 emblems followed by "ST ETIENNE") meaning: circa 1897 double proof finished and joined barrels. this is as close to identifying as i have gotten. it is fully engraved and no external writing except the "s" for safety. under the barrels and on the breech are the following: choke rectifie', F.MAGAND, E.J, M&P, a crown with PT under it, 17.0, 21, 70, CANNNON DE ......, DOUBLE .......,( the last 2 were either worn or not stamped deep enough). the gun is in above average condition. would like to know who made it and approx. value. any thought, knowledge, or possible refrences would be appreciated.
