shotguns' valutation............

Hello to all,
I'm a collector, have seen at "GunBroker.com" two shotguns to wich I'm very
interested:

GunBroker.com guns: Winchester Model 21 - Serial #147!! (item: 73350416 ends: Jun-10-07 05:50:27 PM)

GunBroker.com guns: Fox Sterlingworth 16 Ga. (item: 73440287 ends: Jun-12-07 09:42:11 AM)

I haven't made up my mind yet for the asking price that I think dearly

Which it is the correct price?

Thanks

I don't think the price should be at issue, both are two Classic shotguns and worth every dollar. It would be difficult for me to buy one and let the other go.Invest in the both of them! The price is fair for finely crafted Guns.

Venanzio,
I looked at the pictures as closely as they allow...The Winchester 21 looks to be as close to Original and in pretty fine shape and Book Value for that condition is $4000.00 to $5000.00 HOWEVER...Being the gun has double triggers and extracters, DEDUCT 50% from that price for Value.
As for the Fox...It has been refinished at some point, Wood was reworked, That one I would stay away from as a Collector, I would Value that one at less than 1000.00 U.S.
Hope this helps.
Rich
