Stoeger Rails?

Hey everyone,
I'm new to the site and pretty new to guns as well. I've been considering purchasing a Stoeger model 2000 from what i've read online and seen in person. I noticed no screws over the receiver and was wondering if there is any way to mount a speed dot sight on it without having the cantilever barrell? Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the subject for me?
Thanks a lot

You would have to take it to a Qualified Gunsmith and have it drilled and tapped and a rail mounted on the receiver with the proper length screws, to be done right.
