Stoeger 2000 slug gun jams

Anyone had problems with buckhammers jamming in their Stoeger 2000 semi auto with the rifled slug barrel. Bought the gun new and will shoot a clover leaf @ 100yrds but has a high percentage of jamming the 2nd & third shell!

Are you shooting 2 3'4 or 3".
