| Member | J.Stevens shotgun question I have a J.Stevens double barrel 20 gauge model 335. Near as I can tell it was made around 1926 and the books says only 2000 were made. So question number 1 is why is it valued so low? Question number 2 is there still away to get parts for it or do I have to go to a gunsmith? Thanks all. |

| Stevens/Savage built a zillion guns in the lower price/quality bracket and really never had what you call a "name brand" status. That means there is little or no collectors demand/call,so they really only have shooting status value. As to parts,I did check Numrich out and they have very little available for a M335 so,it looks like gunsmith work. sam. |
