Thumbs up New P938 9mm

Just got in the Ellett Brothers catalog moments ago and they show 5 variants. There are two wood grip models, The Extreme, Equinox and the SAS. Four and a half ounces lighter than the 290 at 16.0 oz. with the 6 round mag included. Dimensions are 1.1" wide x 3.9" high x 5.9 OAL. Barring any typos, it's showing as being only 0.4" longer and 1 oz. heavier than the P238.

I'm bumping this to the top of my "have to" list.

I love Sigs, I have a couple myself and I carry one for work. I really like the idea of the P938.

That being said, I will wait a little bit for this one after all of the problems that came out of the P238 initial disaster. Which have been worked out but it was a long hard road to get there.

For now I am very content with my M&P Shield.

After fondeling them at the SHOT show I have wanted one. I bought the P290 when it came out and so far have only one complaint about it. The weight. I have been reading up on the 938 and it seems it is having some teething problems but they are working them out. I will wait a little longer before I buy one but I will be buying one.
