| I love the sig p225. I don't care for the largo part of the gun. SIg makes an awesome pistol in my book, and this one isn't any different. Personally I carry a P226 |

| The sig P255 is a German military Pistol also know as the P6. It is an 8rd 9mm, with a single stack mag. Sig arms no longer inports the P225 to the United States, as is has been suplanted by the P239 series, over concerns that that 225 would not be able to handle the increased pressure of the 40 S&W or the .357 Sig. I own one P225 and it is my daily carry gun. Many in the community consider the P225 on of the best of sigs creations. It handles well, points well, and is very reliable. One note however is that in some cases the 225 does not cycle well with +P ammo. so as always test it before you carry it. My 225 does fine with any ammo I put through it and my 2 favroite loads are the Cor Bon 125gr +P 9mm, and the Federal 105gr Expanding FMJ. Good luck, and tell your friend that they have an extronary pistol. |
