picked up a russian sks today :)

picked up a russian sks 1950. im only 4 yrs older than the rifle it's a tula referb black bolt. pretty darn nice. except for the plastic folding stock might be a ati not sure. i will get a wood stock for it soon. matching numbers except the mag never seen one close to these numbers 5L- 4 - 00.0xx has a serial #NM1088 . i cant find any import marks at all . oops found them very faintly stamped on the right side under bolt cover. i will post pic's tomorrow forgot to charge battery's in camera. i have had three sks norinco's first russian sks i have owned . but have owned a M-N M44 , M_N 91/30 and it will sit next to me new to me M-N M 38 i just got a few days ago. even got 50 rounds of non military surplus ammo. not sure exactly who's. they came in a hornady box marked 7.62 X 39 123 gr V-max box of 50 $30.99 price tag on box these are nice green lacquer cases with a red tip on each bullet . did not know hornday made any ammo like this. i will post pic of ammo . im sure happy i was able to get this one.

i will post plenty of pic's . there is some confusion on it to me it's dated 1950 but the bayonet that it came with looks to be from a 1949 spike bayonet. cant find any # on the bayo. so all comments as to whats correct or not correct. the stock sure not sks
