Yeah, I had the same problem with my scope, seems when there mounted to the bolt cover the bolt slams back so hard it throws the scope off.

If you have a receiver cover scope mount, it has to be really tight to work. The one I bought was just tight enough(I think) so that it would somewhat keep vero so long as I didn't clean the rifle. I got tired of it and took it off.

| Not a good idea
Anything that puts pressureon or will affect the barrel when a bullet passes through it will have a negative effect on accuracy. If you want some type brace make sure it contacts the stock not the barrel.
