I am looking for a good scope mount for my son's SKS. I have seen a few online that enable the shooter to still use the stripper clips without having to move the scope. Does anyone know the best brand?

I have been toying with the SKS rifle for about ten years now and I have only found one scope mount that gets my seal of approval and it is the scout mount. I have went through several different brands, styles, and variations and the scout mount is the only one that holds zero consistently.
I have a bolt cover scope mount. Once on, it does the job, but you have to sight it in every time you clean the gun, so it can be rather annoying. I decided I didn't want the scope and ordered some peep sights, so if you're interesting, I have the SKS tri picatinny rail mount that I can put up on ebay.
