I'm looking at an SKS it appears unissued for $259 whats the going rate?

PS there's nothing in the hole When did they start putting rubber butt pads on them? Had an old russian years ago, shouldn't have sold it, needed cash at the time, only paid $50 for it way pre ban, sold it for $175 post ban. Oh Well !! I've also found a Yugo K98 or what ever the #s are 48/? for $170
