Fixed Mag for SKS

Have a mint-condition Russian SKS that, unfortunately, has no magazine. I'd thought it would be easy to find one, but all I can find by searching on the 'net are Chinese ones.

Anyone out there know where one could find Russian SKS magazines, second choice any Eastern Bloc/European SKS magazine, distant third a Chinese one with no identifying marks & a nicer finish than on any I've seen?

I would say that you are looking for a needle in a stack of needles. Russian parts are almost nonexistent now. I would say you may have to use the Chinese, and it will have to be modified slightly. Good luck, and sorry I couldn't help much........

as of 15;45 cst i found an orignal sks 10 rd fixed magazine at ebay under militaria surplus page #18 don't know country orgin if this is chinese mag it may have to be tweeked,
