| K31's first pig Got my first pig today, just happened across him in the paddock. 40kg boar, 75 yards. 174gn fmj. Bullet entered through second rib on his right through his lungs and shoulder and it stopped in the armour of his neck. This is a nice round but am a little surprised the bullet didnt exit especially as its a full metal jacket.

| Speaks volumes to the importance of shot placement! If you had a bad shot he may have gotten away. Also, I'm sure you know the FMJ wasn't the greatest choice, but just what was on hand?

| Nice pig and congrats! Don't you love the K31? I have one and I think it is a great rifle and very accurate.

| Tex- I been searching high and low for a good deal on a M38. If I don't find it the next couple for days, I'm thinking about picking up a K-31! Do you guys like them a lot?
