After milling around looking at a bunch of 1911s, I thought I had my mind made up. Then I went shooting with my buddy who has a s&w m&p 40. I fell in love w the grip and knew this was going to be my next gun. I really wanted night sights but they didn't have a model with ones installed, so I got the conventional 3dot combat contrast configuration. I love how this pistol feels in my hand and it points naturally. I put the large backstrap on it, picked up some federal ammo and a blackhawk serpa holster and called it a day. Well see how she shoots this week
