I grew up on a farm around tractors and shooting/hunting. Then played percussion(drums and Xylophone) in the band. I also play guitar and bass. I have spent a lot of time around Marshall amps. Then there was the auto racing. I owned a stereo shop for a while. I am also a Fab Techician and machinist. So I don't have much hearing loss I have instead gained a low pitched humm that never leaves. It sounds like a central air unit that never stops. It gets louder and I fear will someday drown out everything else. Listen to WHL don't be like me. Not a good example I know. But just read it and think about it.

XD40 Bi-Tone Sub Compact. It's a good shooter in these old shakey hands.

I added an XD-9 to my XD-45 yesterday. I love the .45, but it's cheaper to shoot the 9mm.

XD service model in .40. All upgrades in the gun came from www.tacttec.com.
XDM has a prototype aftermarket trigger kit in it. So far working great.

| XD's In New Zealand
Hi all, Have had my XD9mm for a little over a year now and love it. Havn't seen any others on the range yet as the other poly gun "cough glock cough" rules supream. Am getting a few possible 1911 converts over though.

I'm picking up a new XD Tactical in .45 ACP on Tuesday. Birthday present from my wife. I could have paid for it & brought it home today, but she insisted on being there to pay for it in person, and she was out of town today.
I had to be satisfied putting money down on it to have it held for me, as it's the only one the shop has left. Comes with 2 13 round mags, holster, mag holder, loader, etc. Fits my hand perfectly.
Waiting 'til Tuesday gives me time to load some ammo for it. I picked up a box of 500 Montana Gold 200 gr JFP bullets & a lb of Titegroup to keep me busy.
Now she wants me to start looking for another weapon for Christmas.
What a woman!!!! Sometimes I think I'm the luckiest man I know.

I'm proud to finally be able to say that I'm finally an xd member. I recently purchase the XDm 40 and absolutely love it. I've been carrying it lately but it's alot of gun for me. That being said, I think I'm really sold on the Springfields and I think I'll be picking up either a 9mm or 40 sc in the next couple of weeks.
