Question Q re New, Higher-Visibility Sights for an XD-9 4"

I'm at an age where my vision isn't what it was... I'm pretty far-sighted, and have trouble effectively using the factory sights on my XD-9.

I've been contemplating switching to Tritium-enhanced night vision style sites (like TFO Truglo or Meprolight), OR the Sure Sight product, OR a laser device.

The Sure Sight option and the Lasermax internal option (laser is fitted into the guide rod) seem to be winning out.

I was wondering if anyone here has any personal experience with any of the above sights, and could offer any advice?

That Sure Sight option sure looks good, should be easier to pick up than the Tritium-enhanced night vision style sights. The Lasermax is about $60.00 less than what I paid for my XD in the first place... and from what I hear, is not all that durable.

My advice is to shoot for the Sure Sight option when they are available.
