the full list of smileys is off again, it goes away for no reason, then some time after a month or 2 it reappears for a while. what could be the problem. is there something i need to do that i can do???

I have been having issues with the icons in general for the last day or two... but I haven't had this issue, it's either all on or all off for hours, but not months.

I too haven't had them for a long time and the popups are back at times.
