so i can get bent out of shape, being an ignoramous surrounded by such scholarly types. all my thoughts is based on 12 years of old style public education. remember when American History was well covered from 1st to 12 grade. and teachers were to be respected, and not chums and sex toys.

after HS i went to the University of South Viet-nam, then a fellowship at the School of Hard Knocks. which all shaped my puny thought processes. hence i will not play footsie with the likes of NorKaliKrashnicough or what ever the liberal troll calls him self. nor Lenny2, Mr K. etal.

just like the Patriot Act thread, all i asked was any one personally affected by this law that some consider odious, and related Bush and Company as the new Hitler and 3rd Reich. what did i get in return??? lambasted thats what happens when reality faces screwed up ideology of the liberal mind.

the liberal trolls entrenched here are easily spotted. so they troll for old Papa G with their stink bait.

Closing threads is a legitimate and common tool for managing forums.
Instead of cluttering up threads with off-topic pissing contests: take it somewhere else. G&G provide a chatroom and a private message feature where you can crybaby at each other all day, yet not annoy me with your "But he hit me first, mommy!" whining.
Ultimately Jesse is paying for every single bit that moves in and out of this site. A lot of G&G seems to forget that we are guests using a service he provides for FREE.
As far as running a website on ads or donations or memberships goes: 90% of the time you will just create more expenses and headaches than you can take in. If people !!!!! this much for something free, think how much they will !!!!! when they contribute a whopping $1 a month.

Ah, The admins locking threads does little to censor anyones opinion, hence we have this post here. In short, a new post gets generated about the old.

I am not taking sides here as I feel all parties in the original argument have a valid opinion.

As to your frequent runs at PapaG, why can't you let it rest? I site this example only as it is pertinent to the whole subject of both posts. It is clear to anyone with a functioning brain that you and PapaG don't exactly see eye to eye.

I respect the man's opinions as much as yours. More to that I know pretty much where Papa's opinion will land on most issues....and I can always count on yours for an outside my scope of experience opinion.

Truth be told, I agree with many of PapaG's views and respect the man I have come to know over the years. We both have been pushed from one forum or another and I give him credit for hanging here as long as he has.

You I don't know so well, as you have not been round as long.

Accept the members here for what we are, and let's keep the discussion lively. If you really can't stand someone, use the ignore feature.

But that is not all you did; you also added colorful descriptors such as pu$$ie and liberal wienie etc.... Look Papa if you disagree with me that is fine as it is that I disagree with you. But because I differ from you does not make me wrong or my view any less important than yours, or anyone else's for that matter.

No one ever said Bush was the new hitler and no one certainly lambasted you.
