When you post you have the option when you post, to turn it off. Also if you go to your user cp (button located on top) and go to edit options on the list, then you can choose to change from Email Notification on/off, choose off, and press submit

I know that it says it's on, but I still am not receiving. My e-mail address is correct so I am at a loss to figure out what's wrong. I sent a private message requeting a buddy to respond and test it and still I get nothing. Could the problem lie with my junk mail filter on my e-mail?

Taras, I'll trade you my E-mail notification for your Junk mail Filter.
