Yup, Jericho is coming back on after popular demand next month on ABC. Rent the first season if you can before the next installment starts, its awesome. Some hokie tv stuff, but all in all hands down the best up to date shtf "nuke" survival story.. Multiple detonations, EMP's etc..

Probably First Blood, followed by The Hunted and the old Kirk Douglas movie that was almost identical to First Blood, except it came 20 years earlier. A cowboy in the 1950s is hunted by the law in the backwoods. I think it was called "Lonely are the Brave." Maybe even Greystoke. Tarzan was the ultimate survivor in that one.... Red Dawn is about the survival topic, but in all honesty it's the worst movie John Millius ever did. Compare it to "Wind and the Lion" or "Conan the Barbarian" and you will see what I mean..... One that comes to mind starred Sylvester Stallone, "Daylight". Another might be, Inferno? And many more I can't think of at the moment. lol

I agree Jericho is excellent as is The Edge. I also liked Last of the Dog Men.
