I'll drag up a chair and watch the 'fireworks' in San Antonio. A couple of weeks later we'll saddle horses and ride around the area burying the bodies of the City Folk who died trying to get away. We might be able to save a few. I can use a few hands to hoe, cut hay and haul stuff. If no one sets off an 'EMP' weapon we can listen to news on the truck radio. I'm sure San Antonio will be under Martial Law. I wonder if my Retirement checks will still come and if they'll be worth anything? Maybe in a few years? It won't take to long for some kinda Gov't will be back up and running.

If they want to take 'em, they'll do pretty much everything in their power to get it done. The only true way to prevent it, is every gun owner has to stick together. Period. No ifs,ands or buts about it.

I would hold up in my house. I have 5 dogs so there is extra physical security. I would just hold up upstairs. I have bars on all the windows downstairs (just installed a couple of weeks ago) I know Im safer in my house then anywhere else.

I'm in isolated smokies, so isalated, I can't even find it on google earth. Get water from natural spring, heat from propane tank, good food storage, enough ammo to last for a very long time (one shot one kill). Large lake at bottom of mountain for fish. Thinking of building a small generator using runoff of spring for power (working on that). I'm one of the run, duck and cover generation from Cuban missle crisis era.
