Thanks for the link mitch! It was amusing to say the least! I thought it was funny that that guy went to all that trouble to put sights on a Mosin that originally had sights!

A lot of blackpowder revolver shooters use rolling papers to make "cartridges" for shooting. That way all you have to do is drop the cartridge in the chamber, rotate in under the ram and ram it home. The charge is already measured and the ball is glued on top of that.
During the Civil War, cartridges were issued with the pistol.

Cabelas sells pellets for them too. I didn't see cartridge paper cartridges on that list?
