It's a Swiss SK46 to be exact!
Swiss SK46 at Forgotten Weapons

And after reading that article, the one you posted is the 7.5mm version. Neat gun!

I can't take too much credit. Once Mr. TheWall there said it was Swiss I just searched Swiss rifles and looked for a picture. Haha! I love threads like this though that make me learn about things I probably would have never known. Thanks PapaG!
