Don't own a K31 myself, but that's the best price I've ever seen on a bayonet for one!
You should get one anyway, just because they're the nicest quality bayonets you'll ever see. Very impressive! And then you'll have a good reason to get a K31.....
I "think" they're priced so good because they don't have serial numbers and were never issued, so they're essentially brand new. I understand the bayos issued with the rifles were stamped with the rifles' s/n. Correct, Latigo?

Yesterday, I ordered one each for my K-11 and K-31. I'm interested in seeing how these rifles shoot with fixed bayonets. Is there any way of knowing the date of manufacture on these blades?

I can't even look up the order at Graf And Sons and see that they even sent it yet, much less a tracking number. Although they did call me a couple of days ago and asked if it would be OK to ship the bayonet with an order I put in after I ordered the bayonet. I can only assume it's on it's way.

My 12# package from Graf's went from Columbia, MO to St. Louis then up to Chicago, then it'll be sent on to Galesburg and if it wasn't pilfered en route, it should be arriving in Lomax, IL Monday afternoon. Then its fix bayonets time.
I was amazed by the quality of these bayonets when I purchased my K31 with the matching bayo. I've handled a lot of different bayonets from a lot of different countries and the quality just blew me away.

I haven't gotten mine from Graf's yet, but the one I got from APEX has some pretty good edges on it. Not knife sharp, but **** good for a bayonet. These really are impressive for blades made to go on a battle rifle and stab people with. Those Swiss don't monkey around with quality.
