hey guys looking at the 605. i had a 357mag a while back and sold it and wish i would never done that. but now i want something small that i can carry when im on the harley. and was thinking something the size of the 605 would be perfect. and have enough power to stop any threat.

The 651 is a .357 5-shot with a fully shrouded hammer. I like mine because the hammer won't hang up in your clothes if you have to fire it from your pocket. I think it would make an ideal bike-gun.

Bud's gunshop has them for $383.00

I purchased a 605 for my wife. Even went to Taurus and got her pink grips.
She used a Ruger SP101 2.25" barrel at the gun range and preferred it.
The Ruger handled all the rounds better.

I got the 605 and I like it 38 +P ammo, 357 not so much but manageable in single action. I was shooting 158 gr 357 ammo, didn't try lighter grain ammo.

Wonder if there is a 38 Special +P+ ammo?

As long as you're street legal to carry it on your bike!

I have a 605 CH, Concealed Hammer, with factory Magnaporting. Love to carry it, has the Hogue Monogrips, feels great in my hands! It is a handfull with fullhouse .357 ammo, but if it comes into play for defense, won't be a problem hangin' onto it!!

I carry my 605 almost everyday. I always carry it in the summer months. I've had it for years and it's never failed to go bang when I wanted it to... The only time I ever went to a Gun Show with my wife she bought it for me...It's just the right size to conceal with a T-shirt. I carry 5 extra rounds with me. Now that I think about it maybe I should take my wife more often...
