BullsEye Spring?

playing around on the net I seen there is an upgrade for my Taurus PT 99 ...It replaces the factory spring with a so called BullsEye Spring kit...What would I gain and has anyone ever heard of this?:guitar:

I bought an aftermarket spring for my SKS. It was supposed to improve the rate of fire and recoil produced. I noticed no difference.
