problem with PT140 Pro

what went wrong here I stripped it down(1st time stripping) just like
the manual said came apart fine cleaned it put it back and now the
slide is hung on the frame,guess maybe I did not have barrel correct or
something any helpful pointers?

Had a somewhat similar experience with my 145. Grasp trigger and pull forward. Then try your previous operation. Had to repeat twice on my first disassembly before the danged thing came apart. Thought it was just dirty but I guess not...
