Price Info on a Taurus 44 special

A friend is wanting to sell a Taurus 44 special.

Titanium. 5 shot. 2" ported barrel. Factory rubber grips.
No wear or scratches. Has about $60 (price stickers on boxes)
worth of target and SD ammo.

The only # I can find stamped on the gun is 9555. Model #?

Any help with a price would be appreciated. Also, is this a good
SD gun? Good caliber? Or easy to find ammo, etc?
