What is this?

I have a chance to get this Thompson Center in 223, I have never seen (in person), owned, or fired a T/C before. What model is this?
Approximate worth in like-new condition? Why two triggers?

Its a "TCR' model 83 or 87.T/C stopped making them years ago. Accurate Reloading forums has a Single shot forum with some info.Do a search (TCR)on single shot rifle forum.The TCR is a nice firearm the barrels can be changed but are getting hard to find.I would like to have one in 300 savage.

one is a set trigger.
you pull it and it lightens the pull on the other trigger for accuracy.

Bluebook gun values.It lists the TCR '83 Aristocrat as stainless steel with cheekpiece and double set triggers,discontinued in '86. sam.
