bbl twist rates

Ive been told there is a list of bbl twist rates somewhere, just came across a collection of TCA newsletters 89 to present, haven't found it yet. any help, thanks

I found a list by doing a search, but I'm not sure how accurate it is. I thought that T/C changed some of the twist rates over the years, but this list doesn't mention it. Anyway, here's a link to the list.
