I got a predator call that has a hurt cottontail fawn coyote pups howls and a jackrabbit but I won't use that because they don't live here in Missouri. My question is how to use it. Do I leave it on? Do I use it in intervals? Do I use the same sound the whole time or mix it up? Thx
Use it in intervals , same sounds and watch your wind, I've used a MR squirrel whistle ( mouth call ) and bobcat, yotes, fox and even hawks will come to inspect, thats when you put the "KABASH" on them. Not the hawks of course.
Also do you know anything about night hunting? What's the best time of day to hunt them. I thought it was night but I'm not sure. How would I go about night hunting. Do you leave the lights on or turn them on when I here something come in?

As I was taught when the skeeters are biting, either evening or morning is the most productive unless ya got nightvision or a scope for it, I don't hunt them a night.
