yote huntin

Hello everyone.Nice forum by the way.I am really interested in getting into coyote hunting.Are there any websites on how to get started?I live in Maryland,and i know they are not alot of yotes,but we do have them.My friends and i are big on bowhunting,so none of us have a clue on where to start.Trying to take in all i can from the forums.Thanx

almost forgot.getting a 204,or 22-250 this weekend.Is either any better than the other,or is it just a matter of opinion

Personally, go for the 22-250. Either will do fine.

ok, thanx Lng Rng.I was looking at the reloading data,and the 22-250 has alot more reloading options.Will get it monday or tuesday.Cant wait.

Also consider the .223. Tell me you're not going yote bow hunting! Look for some videos. Cabelas has plenty. Look online. Learn as much as you can before you go. Yotes are one species that wont give you a second chance.

thanx for the info frozen,i will check them out.Just got the new gun today!!! 22-250 i cannot wait untill saturday to sight it in.Ruger MK77 markII target.Nikon buckmaster 6-18x40.God, i am like a kid at christmas.

oh,and bowhunting yotes is not out of the question.But for now i will stick to trying to get them into rifle range.lol

Good choice on glass. I have 3 of those.
Please video bow yote hunting! Sometimes I need something besides re-runs to put me to sleep!
