| I've got one in 223, sporter weight barrel with a 24x fixed tasco scope and I get moa with it after a bedding jod and hand loads, the trigger needs some work to realy make it shine. |

| Troll B' Gone ![]() ![]() | All of the Howas that I have owned, have been able to shoot under 1". I'm sure with some work, you could get to 1/2"

| Hi, I go shooting once a month with a guy who uses a 1500 22-250, and it shoots great. BUT>>>> he has had a trigger job done on it.

| The guy that works for me shoots a Howa 1500 in .223 and that gun is just awesome, cannot be beat for the money IMO. I think he paid about $529 with a decent scope. Fires beautifully, feels great, very accurate! |

| i saw a show on the discovery channel were a guy said his favorite gun for hunting coyotes was a 22-250 and it showed you him shooting one abaut 300 yards away and all it did was jump and then it was still. i was even going to buy a 22-250 but i wanted a little more power if i was gunna go fore something a little bigger like a 7mm rem mag incase i saw a deer i wanted. but the 22-250 is a good choice of a gun just make sure it has enough power to do what you want |
