Yep, they screwed up my spring turkey season, but then the little rascals dissapeared, after I declared war. They have killed a lot of fawns too.

On a side note can anyone point me in the direction for an inexpensive E-caller? I would love to pick one up in the $50-$75 range if there's one that falls in that realm. Not lookin for anything fancy just something I can grab and go with.
If you have an iphone or an ipod touch, I use the Game Call app, and then I bought a Cass Creek Big Horn speaker and so I just connect it and play the coyote calls. It will cost you 39 bucks for the speak, and about 4 bucks for the app. That's if you already have an iphone or ipod touch. It's got more than just coyote calls, it's got deer, elk, rabbit, squirrel, and waterfowl calls to name a few.

In my neck of the woods, the coyotes don't hold a candle to wolves and lions when it comes to killing deer and they don't kill elk at all but the wolves do, as well as cattle, sheep, etc.
