Dear John Letters.

I must admit I received A Dear John when at Fort Bragg North Carolina after about a year of Service.Did any of you Guys/Gals get a Dear John/Jane letter in Service?I just remembered this, I took all her pictures and LOVE litters ,and dumped them in the pig-slop barrel out side the mess hall.Then to the NCO Club for healing ,me and Jim Beam.

LOL, well a letter would have been nice. Normal ops was a glass of beer in the face, some words a lady should not use & I was on my way.

I was married while in. I got my Dear John years later.

There is only one I regret. We both turned out ok though.

I got mine many years ago. Married 3 years and on an overseas tour. Not happy at the time but it worked out for the best.
