| P38: Parts?
My neighbor, and good friend of mine, has a P38 that he has not been able to locate parts for. His son apparently had it for a while and at some point he disassembled it and lost some parts. There are two particular parts that he is looking for. 1). The retainier latch plunger, and 2). The spring for the retainer latch plunger. I've scoured over the internet and have not come across any parts distributors that carry these parts. Any ideas where I might possibly locate these parts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can search the usuall sites found on the C&R forum. The P38,P1 are the same pistol with the exception of the frame steel/aluminum. I've seen kits everything but the frame for under $100. If you want it to be original, look around you can find them. Sarco, e-gunparts, popperts, NorthridgeInc. Some parts on your martial arm so you will never be able to get the original value without the original parts
