Beginner reloading equipment

Hey guys, as most of you probably already know, my wife and I moved into our first house the end of September. Well, I finally have room for some reloading equipment! Now, I don't have a huge budget, but thought I would throw this out there and see if anybody had some reloading equipment they weren't using any more and want to get rid of cheap. I am definitely open to all options here. I am looking to spend hopefully abround 50 bucks for everything I need. I would even be open to like the lee handpress or something like that. Mostly I want to reload for .243 and .38spl right now, but would like to eventually reload 9x18mak, 8mm mauser, and anything else I may pick up. lol. Well, let me know what you've got! Thanks!

You can get the Lee Loader kits from Cabelas. Everything you need That is minus powder, primer, brass, and bullets. $15.00 plus shipping. I got one in .243 and it was less than 25.00 delivered. I can load 25 rounds in less than 45 minutes and they are better than factory ammo.(generally) Good to take with you to the range or even hunting if you settle on a load you like.

Haha! Probably! Or getting my bug running, or fixing something at the new house, or throwing a 50th b-day party for my mom, or watching my little brother and sister so my parents could go on vacation to Vail, CO. lol. Lofe has been INSANE lately.

I would go with a "O" type press to begin with. Save more pennies to get good to begin with, you will be happier.
Don't ask how I know!

Now if you wanted to load hundreds in an hour and price was not a big deal I would talk to you about my Dillon 550. But a simple c or o press and some dies are a good way to start.

Lol. Can't say that I could afford that right now! HAHA! But, someday I am sure I will be there.

Hey Bro, I haven't really had time to go digging, but I know I've got a Lee Challenger press with a broken link (my fault, part costs $3.00 from Lee), an old CH "C" press with a ram for 30-06-sized cases, a Lyman Acculine press that converts from bench to hand use, and possibly some dies (I'll have to see what I've got).

No problem. I can't have any money for it until at least after the first anyhoodle. I am just stoked about the idea of being this close to reloading! Haha! I am hoping to have everything I need by the end of the year or sooner, so no real hurry. Just antsy is all! Take your time sir.
