Question Model 94 30-30 win value

I recently puchased a Model 94 30-30 win with the serial # 2806281. It appears to be a Traditional model. Can anyone tell me when it was made and what is the value of this rifle?
Thanks.

I just sold a 336W (pretty much the same thing) and the resale value is around $150-$175 for a used one. A dealer has to make money so he/she's probably gonna give you about $100-$130 depending on the condition. I sold mine for $200 to a dealer who know I was in a strapped for cash at the time, and that I wanted to up-grade to a better deer rifle (a springfeild 1903A3). My 30-30 was near mint. It had less then 2 boxes of ammo in it, and looked like it just came out of the box. So too awnser your question, they aren't worth a lot of money, but they are good guns.

I just saw that Walmart near here sold the 94's for only $200. I guess they were clearance. I should have got one.

your model 94 was made in the late 1950's and depending on condition is worth between $75-150.

Talking Win Mod 94

All Win. Model 94's with serial numbers lower than 2700000 are "pre '64" manufacture. Serial no. 2797428 was the last one made in 1964 and no. 2894428 was the last '94 made in 1965 therefore yours is a 1965 rifle. It has no particular collectors value and pawn shops in the mid west usually sell used ones from $150 to $185. Hope this answers your question.
