NO M1 Winchester Garands for WW 2 ??

Gentlemen,
This file tells us that SA could have been the only source of Production of the M1 Garand Rifle. Check the date. Read it over and see what Ordnance was up to. Could this be another part of what I call Winchester-Gate ?

The main problem was that there was a much LARGER US Army, USN, USMC and the USAAF.
