| MODEL 94 I just purchased a winchester Model 94 in 30-30. It needs to reblued,so i am wondering what you guys would recommend for a home rebluing kit? |

| Better be sure of what you have before you reblue. If it is one of the old 94's they can be worth a bit of money, only they want them not re-touched. Even if the blueing is bad. Check it out first because once you blue it, it's too late. I own 3, dating back to 1942 up to 1950, and I won't touch any of them.. |

| Yep, nothing like rebluing an old gun just to learn that it had some history. A friend of mine refinished and changed the barrel and cylinder out on an old Colt SAA. Turns out it was one in a lot of the last SAAs that Wells Fargo ordered. It cut the value of the gun by 1/4 even after it was 'fixed' back.
