Winchester 1897, circa 1900

Could someone give me an idea of how much my Winchester 1897 shotgun, circa 1900, is worth? Thanks

See this link. Probably about the same maybe? In fact, you already posted this question in that one. But read the first replay as yours is probably about the same. Pictures might help even more though?

You can buy a book called, The Blue Book of Gun Values, the 29th Edition is out I believe. Granted, you only need it for this one gun at the moment, but you'll have it for future use as well though? Or you can wait and I'm sure someone will give you and estimate. But that estimate won't be very accurate as there are no pictures. Also, might not want to have the entire serial # posted. Not a good habit to get into in my opinion. To each their own though...

Barnes*&*Noble.com - Books: Blue Book of Gun Values, 29th Edition, by S. P. Fjestad, Paperback

I'll go $101.

One of the easiest ways to get a price is to go to a gun show and see if you can find 2 guns like yours and see what they're selling for. Your gun is very popular with Cowboy Shooters and they'll often pay extra for a good one.
