Just got a 94 in .32 spl

I am new to these rifles and have a question about the action. When the lever handle is all the way down, It seems very loose. I can move it from side to side quite a bit, like around a quarter of an inch. are these supposed to be this loose?

Sounds like a '94 to me don't worry about it, thats just the way they work. Your 32 spl should perform well with lead bullets if you reload.

Oh and I have had trouble in the past finding factory ammo for the thing. Good luck finding decent prices.
