Great photos Jerry, and a rreeaall nice looking mai mai.

Just imagine in thirty years with the grandkids on the knee, "and these here stamps are from when I first started duck shooting, way back in '73 when we were still allowed to shooting ducks"

You cut duck into thumb sized pieces and wrap them in bacon and throw them on the grill. It's great meat.

Iv'e cooked whole breast like that. It is very good indeed.
