Hello, I'm not a lady but am new and just reading all the sites. If I may put in my 2 cents and tell you how I solved the Ms. problem wth this. I bought her a S&W 637-2 lite, .38+P. I worried about how to get her to carry it comfortably but still have quick access. This is what I came up with. At a gun show in FT. Worth I found a lady that makes purses, packs, vests all for just CCW. I bought the Ms. a purse that the gun is held in the middle. It pulls open to a pocket that is between the 2 halfs of the purse. The gun is held by a holster that is made for YOUR gun and attached by velcro inside the pocket and outside the holster. The "pocket" is held closed by a inner snap and outer velcro, you cannot tell the gun is there! It is easy to grab this gun very quickly while the purse is over your shoulder. They are all leather and a very good grade, not counting the lining. She custom makes these so no 2 are just alike really. I paid $175.00 for this and the Ms. thought it was to much, but I've seen women spend 4 times that on a "name brand" that you couldn't hide a sling shot in. I will post the site and maybe you can find something that will help you, she is a very nice lady, and even added 2" to the strap on the Ms. purse (she's tall) at no charge and shipped it to me in 2 days. Concealment Shooting Equipment Handgun Gun Cases , I hope this may help some of you and I believe every woman (that's legal) should carry in the US. Stay safe, good luck.

You have a sweeeet gun there, girl. I live in the land of no concealed carry, but I keep my subcompacts in holsters that I can clip to my belt when I'm target shooting. I'm on the petite side so wearing them on the outside of my jeans is more comfortable....Loose jacket over it and hey, I'm good to go as long as I stay on my own property.

Thanks redhed, it's good to hear the opinions of women and what's comfortable for them to carry. Thanks!

I carry my Beretta in holster I can clip right on my side, doesn't have to be on a belt, just clip it right on my waist band of my pants or I put it in my purse, or sometimes just in the small of my back....Lady Di

this actually looks like a good idea for walking around.
remove when sitting in vehicle.

since men do look at womens butts, having it in the front where it wouldnt print seems good.
with a untucked shirt i couldnt see it.

I agree that it's a very good idea. I might purchase one.
