Well it is good to be back but the weather down there was 85˚.......90˚
every day....When we left here I had the dang chills and the shakes....
We stayed in South Carolina the first night and you would not believe the pollen. When I woke up and had the free breakfast at the Hampton Inn the car was a different color...Greenish yellow...LOL..and heavy.....

Great trip we had and also a safe one. Here are a few pictures from Bradenton Florida…the Gulf side,Anna Maria Island, Perico Bayou and Homes Beach….

Highlights watching a Spring Pre Season Pirate game with the Yankees.
Catching a foul practice ball down the third base line and not being able to feel my left hand for a few hours……
Having fun with a drunk fella that was outside the park asking for bus money, but really wanted some boose money….Yep I tried to buy his hat and ball point pen for a dollar but the hat was not to be trusted so he sold me his pen…LOL..
    Other stories upon request…..

I promised not to swim very far out into the Gulf but I couldn't help myself.
The family said I looked like an ant with a beard. Later that night on the news, 11 people where hospitalized with Ray stingers on the same beach, so i guess this yankee stinks and they wanted no parts of that....LOL...

The first week we were there it was spring break and I think Datona week along with bike week..We caught nerf football on the beach till the younger brother in law got hot and wanted to swim...as he went in a few girls wanted to play catch football and i'll tell ya they were knockouts.....I told my wife about that one but she did not get mad.....They were not interested in an old man, they just wanted to catch................I think......................rotfl....

I rode one of the old bikes to the beach and back both weeks,it was 4 miles from the house, so eight miles every day I went. One day I saw a gator but he scuddled away from me pretty fast......

Nice! Being a baseball fruit-loop, I'm a bit jealous. Some drunks are more fun than others, I always say. I have to deal with me and myself every time I go to the ball park. Glad you had a good time.

    High Noon...LOLrotf...
He was hoot but also very abrasive, he wanted to kick the crap outta me from the git go. A small fella with an ornery twist. After a few minutes we talked and he knew I was just pulling his leg.
He actually was very smart and drinking coffee when he asked me for money..
His name was Bob and we talked about his time on the road as a truck driver..

We parted being best buddies after talking about many things.

P.S. I hate to watch baseball..LOLrotfl..I took that older fella in the picture with the pirate costume, he was my brother in laws father in law with a set of bad legs, he was going by himself and I couldn't let that happen...so I went with him to help.......

It was a pleasure to spend a little time with him and it was all that he wanted out of the trip...

Anyway I drove a straight 18 hours back home and towards the end the road was jumping up and down and moving from side to side the last few 100 miles. I stopped for the largest, oldest, cup of coffee you could imagine...

    It worked pretty good.......

Sounds about like a drive to see the inlaws! Toward 15 or more hours, the road does grow fuzz.

    Chesterwin....
Especially the road moved a good bit going through West Virginia
LOL.....winding around the hills and the up and down was like a roller coaster...

    Hi Bunny
The beard wasn't hot, maybe because it is almost white..LOL
But I'll tell ya, I thought about shaving it off a few times but figured a two tone face would add more bad looks that old face already......LOL...
