Some times coincidence is overwhelming. Today I just got back from my first range trip with my Mosin Nagant M91/30 with the new screw in recoil pad and the Darrel's Scout Scope Mount and BSA Red Dot Scope. The mount was absolutely rock solid, which the fleabay mount I had on wasn't.

Darrel Harrison just called me. Wanted to make sure the mount was working out OK. How many manufacturer's you know call you up like that?

He said he still doesn't have any mounts made for m38's and m44's, but if you want one email him and get on his waiting list. He gets backordered for 30 or more he will expedite making some more. Here's his email you want to get on the list. I very highly recommend his product.

He still has 91/30 mounts in stock.

    Please please e-mail him.

I'm on the list and the faster it fills up, the faster I get my mount.

    Help a comrade out!

Darrel is for the scope mount, David's is for the recoil pad, which is what marion and geo asked for.

Somebody just said that David's is out of the buttpads in another topic.

Bummer, hope they are getting more. Seriously considering putting them on my other Mosins.

Just went to the David's Collectibles website, and they said they should be getting another shipment in this week. Preordered two more since they ran out so fast.

    God, I'm such a woose.
