I suspect you are sending me far better than I'm sending you! But its hard to judge. Sometimes even the "common" things are uncommon, depending on where you are.
I ned your address and name too....

      Jim,
Do I have some rocks for you. I have brought back some decent samples from Graves Mountain. I will be cleaning out my old inventory and wil have some rather good pieces to send you. I was disappointed that the acid lake was fenced off as there was some great pyrophyllite crystals over there. I will be sending you some really unique and rare stuff. I plan to send out some Lazulite in quartzite(rare), some hematite, some kyanite some blue quartz (rare) etc..... I quarantee you will be happy. PM me your address please.

I have very few great specimens from Graves Mtn but I do have quite a bunch of stuff like lazulite not in crystal form. I will contact you when I am ready to send you a packge Jim.

      Thanks,
      Paul

WOW cool. I do not have any trilobite fossils although I do look forward to the day I go and collect my own. Apparently some aboiut 4 hrs from here in Ga but they are very small (nickel). Might you be up for a trade? I have a bunch of stuff from graves mountain and could look for you something of worthy value the next time I visit GM. Google Graves Mountain and check out the minerals there.

Also a geologist by training and a community planner by profession. Actually I used a lot of my geology background in my professional career. Believe it or not Phacops is the reason for my profession! When in high school I was invited to participate in a fossil hunt with the folks from Cleveland Museum of Nat. Hist. We went to Toledo and Phacops Rana was the first fossil that ended up in my collection. I still have several complete specimens from that field trip 44 years ago!

So what is your experience with the trilobite? I am a geologist by schooling so I picked something not to many people are familiar with.
