After all this time I finally got around to getting my sniper clone pretty much zeroed. Too hot to shoot a lot and my shoulder was getting a little sore after 10 rounds of 30-06 , but 2 rounds 3/8 apart and 3 inches high at 100 yds looks pretty good too me !! I had considered selling it but not now !!!

The Weaver K4 scope would be correct for Korean war vintage .

I did the same thing with an Israeli Mauser. I tried to sell it but after I shot it, keeping it. Very accurate. Nice looking rifle.
I had one a few years back and it was a tack driver . Wish I hadn't sold it !!

There was rumor that the FBI had used the K4 on A4 rifles but to date no one has ever provided any proof that they were used at all.
The accuracy is what drew me to these rifles when I was a kid. If the bore and sights are good the only thing that can effect them is how well the stock is fit. It's all up to the guy pulling the trigger. Looks like you did it right.
